A <br />4, Special precautions to be taken by <br />the person conducting the public dance to <br />assure the maintenance or order and the public <br />health, safety and welfare, including, but not <br />limited to: <br />a, The number and qualifications <br />of security personnel. <br />b, Age limitations F if any, of <br />persons to be admitted to such public <br />dances. <br />C, Parking facilities avai'lable <br />to persons attending such public dances . <br />d, Whether or not alcoholic beverages, <br />wine 'or intoxicating malt liquors will be <br />served at such public dances <br />e, Such other information as is re- <br />quired by the City Manager,. <br />106-050, License Fee. A license fee of $ 100.00 <br />per year shall be paid to the City before a license <br />may be issued, except if a nonprofit organization <br />conducts no more than two public dances in any calendar <br />year, it need not pay a f ee for its license. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />Ifrom and after its passage and publication. <br />
