II. <br />City of Roseville <br />Ethics Commission Meeting Minutes <br />Wednesday, November 9, 2011 <br />I. Call to Order <br />Vice Chair Fjelstad called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />Members Present: <br />Anne Collopy, Margo Fjelstad, Ben Lehman, and LuAnne Pederson <br />Members Absent: <br />Dave Horsager. <br />Others Present: <br />City Manager Bill Malinen and City Attorney Mark Gaughan <br />II.Approve Minutes of May 11, 2011 <br />Pederson moved, Lehman seconded, approval of the minutes of the August 10, 2011, as <br />presented. <br />Ayes all. <br />III.Discuss Rosenberg’s Rules of Order <br />City Manager Malinen explained Rosenberg’s Rules of Order and that the Council has <br />adopted them because they are simpler and better for local governments. <br />Pederson moved, Collopy seconded, to adopt Rosenberg’s Rules of Order for the Ethics <br />Commission. <br />Ayes all. <br />IV.Discuss April 11, 2012 Training Session <br />Lehman explained the meeting with City Manager Malinen and the committee. The <br />Committee suggested Professor David Schultz and former Mayor Klausing. City <br />Manager Malinen will work on this. <br />V.Ethics Tip <br />An Ethics Tip submitted by Anne Collopy, What’s Wrong with this Picture? was <br />approved as amended by the Commission. <br />VI.Set 2012 Meeting Schedule <br />Lehman moved, Pederson seconded, approval of the 2012 Meeting Schedule. <br />Ayes all. <br />VII.Other Business <br />Anne Collopy passed out articles on Ethics. <br /> <br />
