Prior to the uparading of Trunk Highway 36 to a limited access expressway, <br />Western AvenUe extended through the Highway 36 right-of-way from north <br />to south. Since the improvement of the highway, of course, Western Avenue <br />as a travel,ed roaqway ends as Sandhurst Drive on the south side of <br />Highway 36. <br />There has been a preliminar�v plat approved several years ago for the propery <br />ip <br />immediately contiguous to the west. The,-owner of that land now proposes to <br />file that preliminary as a final plat. That plat has been sketched in on <br />the attached 1"-200' map showing its relationship to the proposed valcation. <br />
