<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 03/14/05 <br />Minutes - Page 2 <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the <br />audience on any non-agenda items. <br /> <br />A. John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn further addressed comments from a <br />previous meeting related to limiting Public Comment in <br />order to accomplish more Council business. Mr. <br />Kysylyczyn submitted six copies of a disk outlining <br />specific Councilmember comments, through a personal <br />computer program, from the February 14, 2005; one for <br />each Councilmember and one for public information. Mr. <br />Kysylyczyn noted that he had established a new web site <br />covering Roseville-related issues, but not affiliated with the <br />City, on the internet at www.RosevilleCityHall.com. <br /> <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn further noted that the first OVAL Task <br />Force meeting was available in its entirety on that website <br />as well. <br /> <br />B. Jim Mulder, 1888 Shady Beach <br />Mr. Mulder, outgoing Chair of the City's Planning <br />Commission thanked the City Council for their <br />considerations during his tenure as Planning Commission <br />Chair. Mr. Mulder commended staff, specifically <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch; City <br />Engineer Deb Bloom; and City Planner Thomas Paschke <br />for their exemplary work. Mr. Mulder opined that the <br />City's Planning Commission was in a great position and <br />each Commissioner took their job seriously. <br /> <br />Mr. Mulder concluded his comments with an <br />encouragement to the City Council and citizens to continue <br />what was necessary to make Roseville great. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing, on behalf of the City Council and <br />residents, thanked Mr. Mulder for his service; and <br />acknowledged the fantastic volunteers serving the City of <br />Roseville. <br /> <br />2.
