<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 03/14/05 <br />Minutes - Page 4 <br /> <br />3.d <br /> <br />Approve a Burn Permit for Concordia Meadows <br />Atrium Townhome Association, 506 Lovell Avenue <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, authorization to the <br />Fire Marshal to issue a bum permit to the Concordia <br />Meadows Atrium Townhome Association for the purpose <br />of burning wild growth around the water retention pond at <br />the Townhome complex site at 506 Lovell Avenue; and <br />further that said bum permit is to be issued conditioned <br />upon compliance with the following stipulations: <br />a) The effective date of the permit shall be from April <br />1 through April 30, 2005; <br />b) The bum shall be conducted by acknowledged <br />experts; and <br />c) The Association shall notify the Roseville Fire <br />Department at least two days in advance of the date <br />of the bum. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Ih1an, Maschka and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />3.e <br /> <br />Approve a Burn Permit for Parkview Center School, <br />701 County Road B West <br />Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, authorization to the <br />Fire Marshal to issue a bum permit to Parkview Center <br />School for the bum of a Prairie Grass area approximately <br />30' in diameter; and said bum permit is to be issued <br />conditioned upon compliance with the following <br />stipulations: <br />a) The effective date of the permit shall be from April <br />9 through April 17, 2005; and <br />b) The bum shall be conducted by the Roseville Fire <br />Department. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Ihlan, Maschka and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Burn Permit <br />Concordia <br />Meadows Atrium <br />Townhome Assn <br />506 Lovell Avenue <br /> <br />Burn Permit <br />Parkview Center <br />School <br />701 Co.
