Submit to the City a preliminary site plan for the Redevelopment showing the size, <br /> nature and location of the proposed minimum improvements, including parking, <br /> landscaping and other exterior improvements. <br />2. Complete or finalize necessary feasibility, marketing and financial analyses, <br /> including the timing and phasing of the proposed Redevelopment, preliminary pro <br /> form as and likely revenue sources for the initial phases. <br />3. Review and comment upon the adequacy of existing ordinances, including zoning <br /> ordinances, to facilitate the Redevelopment. <br />4. Ascertain what approvals wiII be required from governmental agencies for the <br /> Redevelopment. <br />5. Investigate adequacy of utilities and streets and identify required infrastructure <br /> changes; also review existing transportation plan to determine adequacy. <br />6.
