<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 02/28/05 <br />Minutes - Page 25 <br /> <br />Community Development Director Welsch noted that, in an <br />effort to keep consulting costs to a minimum as per Council <br />direction, there was no written report and Mr. Casserly was not <br />present at tonight's meeting. Mr. Welsch advised Council that <br />staff would be working with Mr. Casserly to provide the <br />information as requested by Council at tonight's meeting. <br /> <br />March 14,2005 regular Council Meeting <br />Councilmember Kough reiterated his inability to attend the <br />March 14, 2005 meeting due to a scheduling conflict and <br />expressed his concern related to anticipated Council action <br />related to the OV AL Chiller and the Twin Lakes Redevelopment <br />project. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing noted that either action would be simple <br />majority votes; and advised Councilmember Kough that Parks <br />and Recreation Director Lonnie Brokke could be consulted <br />regarding delaying vote on the chiller until the next regular <br />March meeting. <br /> <br />13.
