John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn addressed perceived lack of <br />accomplishments at Council meetings and issues raised at <br />Saturday's Special Council meeting (February 19, 2005) <br />related to limiting public comment. Mr. Kysylyczyn <br />opined that, to-date, no evidence exists to indicate limiting <br />public comment would make the City Council more <br />productive.
