<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1213 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OFFICIALL Y MAPPING THE <br />TWIN LAKES PARKWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />IN ACCORDANCE WITH MINNESOTA STATUTES 9462.359 <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE DOES ORDAIN: <br /> <br />Section 1. Purpose. The purpose of this Ordinance is to officially map the right- <br />of-way known as Twin Lakes Parkway through the Twin Lakes Parkway Redevelopment <br />Area in accordance with Minnesota Statutes s462.359. The identification on an official <br />map of the land needed for the future Twin Lakes Parkway will allow both public and <br />private property owners to adjust their building plans equitably and conveniently before <br />investments are made which will make such adjustments difficult to accomplish. <br /> <br />Section 2. Official Map. The Twin Lakes Parkway right-of-way is hereby <br />officially mapped, as a procedure for plan effectuation of the Twin Lakes <br />Redevelopment Area and Thoroughfare Plan portions of the City's Comprehensive <br />Plan, and as shown on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Section 3. Recording. The City Manager is hereby directed to file a copy of the <br />official map and this ordinance with the Ramsey County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage by <br />the City Council and publication in the official newspaper of the City. <br /> <br />Passed this 26th day of October, 1998. <br /> <br /> <br />Daniel G.
