About 170 acres remain to <br />be redeveloped. The City plans to build the Twin Lakes Parkway <br />through the southern portion of Twin Lakes to improve access to the <br />interior sites. The Parkway will extend Terrace Drive to the west, and <br />ultimately feed into the 1-35W interchange that the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation plans to redesign. <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council approved the Twin Lakes Master Plan Id <br />(3.42 mb). The Master Plan identifies the city's future vision and land <br />uses for the area. <br />
