<br />a. The property can be put to a reasonable use under the official controls of the City <br />ofRoseville, without a variance. <br /> <br />b. The plight of the property owner is due to his interest in constructing an oversized <br />attached garage that encroached into the required rear yard setback. <br /> <br />c. The improvement, if approved, would change the character of the existing home <br />and neighborhood. <br /> <br />d. There is no hardship present. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to DENY a <br />VARIANCE to Section 1004.02D5 of the Roseville City Code for Dan Norris, 1547 Sextant <br />Avenue, based on the above findings. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, <br />Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder & Kylysyczyn. <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
