"M <br />DATE: <br />It is proposed <br />that initially <br />the study <br />viould be funded on a 50-50 basis between the <br />two communities <br />for the common <br />problems <br />near the city limits line and that ultimately <br />the cost iiould <br />be distributed <br />based on <br />actual storm water flows to that area. The <br />portion of the <br />study dealing with Lakes <br />Emily and Judy would be funded entirely by <br />Shoreview. It <br />is anticipated <br />that their <br />community will consider this matter at their <br />regular mweeting <br />of October 16, <br />1978. <br />Approval of a motion authorizing the mayor and manager to sign a joint powers agree- <br />rilent and an engineering agreement with the consulting firm of Short, Elliott and <br />Hendrickson, concerning a storm drainage study for the area near the common boundary <br />west of West Owasso Boulevard, identified as part of Project 76-23. <br />UFTIM <br />
