3. The cost of the study will be paid as follows: <br />mown. <br />by the City of Shoreview. <br />C. Except that portion of the cost paid by Shoreview <br />pursuant to B, above, further payments shall be appor- <br />tioned between the City of Shoreview and the City <br />of Roseville so that each Cities' respective share of <br />LwL <br />A <br />Lotal storm water flowing into the area in which the <br />i'looding occurs attributable to each Municipality. <br />4.
