J <br />Re: Our File No, M8-597 <br />City of Roseville 'vs. Selleck Motors, et al <br />At -the Council meeting <br />of October <br />23, <br />19 7 8, this office was <br />instructed to- commence <br />an injunction <br />action against the above <br />-named parties seeking <br />enforcement <br />of <br />the zoning code of the <br />City of Roseville, At <br />that time ' r <br />this <br />appeared to be the <br />.only viable raeans for <br />enforcement <br />of <br />the City's zoning <br />ordinances relative to <br />-the use of <br />the <br />property and display <br />*f signs.. <br />On that basis, the City Manager, with advice of counsel, has <br />entered a formal agreement with Selleck Motors, Lte., Inc,, <br />requiring the' -termination of buginesg.
