This will be addressed in the next draft of the plan. Comment (DS) Regarding 7.2.e the City of Roseville does not have any septic systems as these are prohibited by code. Response This implementation item will be changed to reflect this — strike Roseville from the implementation activity (or strike the activity if Shoreview has a similar ordinance in place). Response This change will be made to the plan Implementation Plan Comment (TP) Increase Administrative Costs — annual cost should be $25,000 Response This change will be made to the plan as approved by the Board of Commissioners Comment (JM) Regarding the Implementation Table, it strikes me that there may be several programs and projects for which GLWMO is taking 100% cost share in instances where other organizations could benefit and could be approached regarding cost - sharing. Two immediate examples of this are the Willow Pond Outdoor Classroom, which would be an educational benefit to District 623 (Roseville Area Schools), and evaluating the connection of GLWMO to the Phalen Bedrock Channel, which would benefit groundwater in WMOs downstream (I believe Cap Region in this instance). I am sure others will present themselves as we get more input on this Implementation Table as well. Response Cost -share should be discussed in more detail by the GLWMO Board of Commissioners and its member communities (good topic for the Special Meeting).
