This <br />amendment contains a complete list of the comments received to date. <br />Update <br />To date, NOR has received comments from the following individuals: <br />- Karen Eckman <br />- Jonathan Miller <br />- Chuck Westerberg <br />- Mary Kay Von De Linde <br />- Tom Petersen <br />- Duane Schwartz <br />- Mark Maloney <br />The comments are reflected below. New comments received since the May 19, 2011 Board Meeting are <br />in red. At this point the comments appear to be minor in nature (no conflicting comments) and will be <br />incorporated at one time once all internal comments have been submitted to NOR. <br />Comments Received as of May 18, 2011 <br />Comments are grouped by plan section and the initials of the individual submitting the comment are <br />provided with the comment. <br />General Comments <br />Comment (JM) As a general comment, some sections use footnote references, while some use scientific <br />parenthetic notation.
