<br />Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on <br /> <br />Monday <br /> <br />, the 12th day of May <br /> <br />, 1997, at 6:30 <br /> <br />o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Maschka. <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Wiski <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 9409 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION PROVIDING <br />FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF BONDS AND <br />RATIFYING DESIGNATION MADE ON BEHALF OF CITY <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by member Mastel <br /> <br />, and after <br /> <br />full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br /> <br />following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and <br /> <br />Wall, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />349463.1 <br />
