October 18, 2011 <br />TO: Members of the GLWMO Board <br />FROM: Tom Petersen �� r <br />Administrator z <br />SUBJECT: Motion to approve 3rd Quarter RCD Reimbursement <br />For BMP Cost -share Technical Services <br />Members of the Board, attached is the Yd quarter invoice from the RCD in the amount of <br />$5382.50. With this invoice amount, the RCD has exceeded our contract limit of <br />$6,500.00. Previously the RCD has been reimbursed for $2,698 for l" and 2 "d quarter <br />BMP cost -share program services. Current fund balance for this program is only <br />S3,802. <br />I recommend the GLWMO Board approve reimbursing the RCD in the amount of <br />$3,802.00. <br />Also attached to the invoice and documentation supporting the invoice, you will see a 4" <br />quarter BMP service projection of $1,690.00. <br />1 recommend the GLWMO Board approve amending the current contract by $1,500 <br />to provide additional reimbursement to the RCD for projected 4th quarter expenses. <br />The requests for technical services per our BMP cost -share program is trending upward. I <br />would expect this trend to continue and will reflect in the revised 3`d Generation Plan. <br />
