<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 31 5t day of January, 2005, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Kough, Schroeder, Ihlan and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10279 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP DESIGNATION FROM "B", BUSINESS <br />TO "HR" HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />1021 & 1017 LARPENTEUR AVENUE (PF3548). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on May 5, 2004, <br />pertaining to the request they received from Greenhouse Village Properties LLC for a <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment on property commonly known as Leben's <br />Greenhouse; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map <br />designation change from "B" (Business) to "HR" (High Density Residential); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said properties are addressed at 1 0 17 and 1 021 Larpenteur Avenue and <br />legally described as: <br /> <br />Parcell: Lot 1, Rosecrest Villas, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />1017 Larpenteur Avenue - PID# 14-29-23-33-0042 <br /> <br />Parcel 2: The East 1/3 of the South 1/2 of the West 3/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the <br />Southwest 1/4 of Section 14, Range 29, Township 23 <br />1021 Larpenteur Avenue - PID# 14-29-23-33-41 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after required public hearings, the Roseville Planning Commission <br />recommended approval (6-0) of the request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, indicating <br />support for the residential development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at their meeting of May 24,2004, was presented <br />with the project report from the Community Development Staff regarding the subject request; <br />and <br />
