1Jb <br />February 13, 2012 <br />Tom Petersen <br />Administrator <br />Grass Lake Water Management Organization <br />1694 Hubbard Avenue <br />St Paul, MN 55104 <br />City of Roseville Resolution Rejecting Revised Joint Powers Agreement Language and to Petition <br />Dissolution <br />Dear Mr. Petersen, <br />The City of Roseville City Council adopted a resolution at its January 23, 2012 meeting rejecting <br />proposed Grass Lake Water Management Organization Joint Powers language and petition <br />dissolution of the organization. Attached is a copy of the adopted resolution to share with the <br />GLWMO Board. We request the Board proceed with the actions required per Section VI of the <br />current Joint Powers Agreement. <br />It is my understanding that the Shoreview City Council took similar action.
