Consider Consent Items Consent Items <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested that Consent Agenda items 3.a, <br />hand m, entitled respectively, "Approve Check Register," <br />"Approve a Contract between the City of Roseville and the <br />Housing & Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of <br />Roseville for Fiscal and Staff Services for 2005," and Second <br />Reading of a Twin Lakes Rezoning Ordinance," be removed for <br />discussion. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough requested that Consent Agenda item 3.b <br />entitled, "Approve Contracts/Purchases in Excess of $5,000," be <br />
