Administered by HRC. Increase participation and <br /> provide flexibility in use of <br /> program for those in need. <br /> Program evaluated with no <br /> changes. Majority ofloans are <br /> provided to middle income <br /> families. 18 loans were issued <br /> for $163,000. <br />Community Fix Up Fund Loans up to $35,000 with incomes at $88,000 maximum. Administered by HRC Three residents received loans <br /> for a total of$71,600 <br />Ramsey County Programs Energy and Rehab programs for low-moderate income families. Administered by Metro HRA Maintain level of certificates <br /> with 100% compliance <br /> Completed with no complaints. <br />Housing Replacement Program: Program to replace deteriorating low value homes with new higher value homes where list of properties <br /> renovation is cost prohibitive <br /> Took legal action regarding the <br /> neighborhood hazard at 2012 <br /> Eldridge which resulted in the <br /> demolition of the home and <br /> plans for the construction of a <br /> <br />2 <br />
