<br />2. The detached accessory structure (garage) shall be set back a minimum of 5 feet <br />from the interior side yard (north) property line and 21 feet from the front yard <br />(west) property line. <br /> <br />3. No other detached accessory structure or garden shed shall be permitted on the <br />parcel. The existing shed located behind (north) the existing detached accessory <br />structure shall be removed form the premises. <br /> <br />4. The size of the detached accessory structure shall not exceed 1,007 sq. ft. <br /> <br />5. The exterior color, design, and/or material of the detached accessory structure <br />shall be similar to the principal structure (Section 1004.01A12). <br /> <br />6. Drainage and roof gutters shall be installed to direct runoff away from the <br />adjoining (north/west) property. <br /> <br />7. The variance shall expire within six months after the approval date (May 23, <br />2005) unless that applicant has been granted a building permit. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Mayor <br />Klausing, and Council Members Ihlan, Kough, Maschka, and Schroeder <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
