Also, that the Commission. recommend approval for re- <br />zona.ng from R -1 to R-2 for the two lots on the south side of <br />Brenner Avenue and that the Commission further recommends denial <br />for rezoning from R -1 to R-2 for the lots located on the north <br />side of Brenner Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Kellett, Rukavina, <br />Mastel, Simons, Cushing, G. John. -son. Nays: None." <br />The' Council at its August 8, meeting denied Mr. Cave l s ' re ues t for <br />rezoning from R--1 to R-2, and Cont. -need the request for final plat <br />and variance to front and side yard setback because the final plat <br />hard shells had n&E been received. The hard shells have been re� <br />oeived and approved by the Public Works Diredfor, <br />Attached is a petition signed by neighborhood residents opposing' <br />ppo s in g the <br />re coning and the side yard variance request.
