EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City ofRoseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of May, 1997, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall and the following were absent: None. Council person Wiski introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 9412 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASffiILITY REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT UL-97-10 WHEREAS, a petition requesting an improvement in the City ofRoseville by the installation of street lights on Iona Lane between Mackubin Street and Western Avenue, Irene Circle, and Iona Circle filed with the Council on May 27, 1997, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVlLLE, MINNESOTA: That the petition be referred to the City Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
