<br />Ming of Novenber 9, 1977, be approved. -Roll Call, Ayes

<br />for final plat at 2126 North Harnline Avenue be continued

<br />special. use permit and division of lot at 1899 west Peri-
<br />nieter Drive be approved with the condition that the develop -
<br />nent be constructed in accordance with the plans dated

<br />for variance to side yard setback at 1890 and 1900 Leington
<br />Avenue ]be approved WaLth the condition that the exterior
<br />material of the new garage be the same as the existing garages.
