REVIEWED /RE . <br />In 1975, the cm=ij adopted the classification and cutpensation plan for those <br />erhployees not covered under a union contract or under the Supervisory and <br />Management P A total of 35 employees are involved in this pay plan with <br />each position assigned to one of eleven salary grades. The system provides for <br />an entry rate and after the 6 mnth probationary period, the enployee is eligible <br />for the ss -Rate. Thexe is then an 18 month period prior to the tine the <br />Jcb Progre <br />employee is eligible for the full perfornBnce rate The pay plan, therefore, <br />-level for each <br />reach' efficiency assumes it will take two years to l cy <br />of these posit ions .
