EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 20th day of June, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Kough, Ihlan, Schroeder, Maschka and Klausing and the following members were absent: none. Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10315 RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT ON S. OW ASSO BOULEVARD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARINGS BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted October 25,2004, the Council directed the City Engineer to prepare preliminary reports as to the feasibility of the proposed improvements: S. Owasso Boulevard Reconstruction (between Rice Street and Dale Street) 2. The City Engineer was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvements. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as Improvements P-05-06, S. Owasso Boulevard Reconstruction. 3. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on July 11,2005, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvements under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 4. The notice shall be in substantially the following form: (see attachments). 5. The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed for Improvements P- 05-06, S. Owasso Boulevard Reconstruction.are determined to be as stated in the foregoing notice, as fully as though the same were separately set forth and resolved herein The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kough, Ihlan, Schroeder, Maschka and Klausing and the following voted against the same: none. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
