This project <br />was petitioned for by the owner- of �he new singie-family plat in that area and <br />the faciiitzes are needed to make ti�e pro�erties buildable. The study has <br />now been completed and it is my recommenda�ion that the project �s feasible <br />and should be undertaken using Alternate A. <br />The owner wiil not be able to attenc! the meeting ot January 23, �ut has <br />reviewed the find7ngs and desires ti�e project ta be undertaken as soon as <br />possible. The accompanying �etter fram him indica�es this concurrence. Se- <br />cause this praject was �0�% petitioned far,- it is not necessary ta hold a <br />formal public hearing and the prajeci could be ordered by the council, if <br />it so desires. <br />RECOMMEt�DED ACTI�N: <br />Adoption of a resolu�ion receiving the feasibi1ity report and ordering tt�e <br />improvement and preparation of.p7ans for a sanitary sewer facility on <br />Jasephine Road near ihe Ferrnvood extension, identified as Project SS-77-26. <br />
