Some af these projects have already had hearings and p]ans are being prepared, while others are having feasibil�ity studies dane at this time. 7o stay on schedule and meet contrac� award time- tables, it wrould be very desirable to have a public hearing �n M�rch. 2Q, 1978. This would require a�pecial meeting by the council on that t�ird MoRday in March. Th� projects envisioned. to be revzewed that nic�ht are: (1� SS-W-P-77-27, paving and utilities for h1arion, Woodbridge and 7ransit. (2) UL-77-21, s�reet lights at Grandview, eas� of i�latilda. (3) ST-78-3, storm sewers on So. Owasso Blvd, near Kent St. It is also reao�.nded that the Council consider the follcywing two improvem�n�s at the March 20, meefing although they are not officia]. pub�.ic hearings : 1. Pro�ect P--76--20 regarding propased use of the $20,Q00 oontributed by LaBe1.�.es for traffic contrpl at Gluek Lane and Fairvi�w Avenue 2. Project P--70--2 Paving of Westexn Avenue frc�n County laoad. C to Count�y Road B-2. There are no assessments involv�d in ei�hex of these izr��rovemen-ts , however, the prr�perty ownexs in the area wa�l� be notified xegarding the meeting.
