This petition Nras signed by 50� of the property <br />owners in the area, and because this is underground s�rvic� area, special <br />assPssments are needed to install the lights. fhe council,-therefore, <br />ordered a feasibi]ity siudy and the Public Warks department i�as now com- <br />pleted their study. I find the proposed ir�provement to b� feasible and <br />recommend that the improvement �e undertaken. <br />A meeting was k�e7ci with the majority of the property owners a� the site <br />last week and �here seems to be a general cor�curr�ince -For the installation, <br />alihough the exact .Zocations have not been agreed to by a�l of .the neighbors. <br />RECQNlMENDED ACTION: <br />Adoption of a resolution accepting the feasibiiity study for an underground <br />street ]ight sys�em an Grandview Avenue between tYlat�lda Street and 550 feet <br />north, identified as improveme�t UL-77-21 and calling for a hearing an the <br />improvement on March 2�, i978. <br />
