As part of that act�on, th� commercial developers <br />contributed $20,000.00 ta be used in improving �raffic conditions at tf�at <br />location. The engineering report which accampanys �his action outlines the <br />aiternatives available for th�se improvements and recorimends the matter be <br />reviewed at the counc�l meet�ng af March 20, 1978. <br />5inc�e this wiil not be a special assessment project,it v�ri11 nnt be necessary '` <br />ta hold a�ormal public hearing. The residents affected and the bus�iness <br />property owners would be �antacted, so that they couid attend this meeting <br />if they would so desire. <br />RECOMP•1ENDEU ACTION: <br />Approval of a motion to invite the affeeted residents and adjacen� property <br />_ o�rners ta a meeting an Plarch 20, 1978, where the improvement of traffic <br />conditions at F'azrvietiY Avenue and Trunk Highway 36 Fron�age Road area wo�7d <br />be considered. <br />� <br />
