REVIEWE�/RECQM�iElVpS: <br />�" I 2 PROPOSED PR0�3ECTS <br />On March i3, 1978, the cauncil was given an enc�ineer's repor�t on each af the <br />two failowing pr�oposed projects; <br />1) P-76-20, <br />2) P-I8-2, <br />Gluek Lane and Fairview Ave. <br />�lestern Avenue between Co. Rd. G a.nd Co. Rd. B-2 <br />At that time, the council determined that consideration af these projec�s wou�d <br />be at 7:30 P.M. on f�arch 20, 1978. The residents adjacent ta the imprnvemen�s <br />have been invited to this meeting i� order that they may become kr�owledgeabie <br />af the project and present their opin�ons. <br />Since no special ass�ssments are in�oived, no forma] hearing is required. <br />The fol7owing proCedure is, therefore, recommended: <br />1. Engineer presents a revzew of tne praject. <br />2. Cou�ci3 asks questions or clarifies situatian. <br />3. Residents ask questions. <br />4. R�sidents present apinions of project. <br />5. Council votes on project. (4 voies requ�red for approval). <br />RECOMhtE1JDED ACTIQN: <br />Approval of a motion appravin� Project P-76-20 and author�zir�g the Pub7ic Works <br />staff to prepare p7ans and specifications on this project. <br />Approval of a motion ap�roving Project P-78-2 and authorizing the Public Warks <br />staff to prepare pians and speci€�cations for this praject. <br />� <br />
