He praposes -to divide the land into <br />�wo lots, thereby creating a new buildable �at to the southeast of his <br />presen� home. <br />2. The new parcel would have a frontage of 91.67 feet and a dep�h of 120 feet <br />equa1ling 11,000.4 square feet. The minimum lat size, of course, is 85 �eet <br />of frontage and 11,000 square feet. <br />3. This division +�rould leave the remair+der of the lot with a frontage of 198.73 <br />feet and a depth of 12Q feei, equalling a lot area of 23,847.5 sauare �eet. <br />The mir�imum standard, as yo� know, for a corner lot is 100 feet of frontage <br />and 12,500 square feet of area. <br />4.
