This p]an essentially is for �t8 feet of pave��ent face-tn-face, plus <br />concrete curb and gutter on the side. For most of its lenc�th, it woutd utilize <br />the center left-turn lane, a through traffic lane on both the north and south <br />directia� and a 3-'�oot 6icyc�e lane on each side, plus the curb and gutt�r. A <br />Ramsey County engineer will present the project and anss�aer any questions U�hich <br />cou�cil may have. <br />�ecent discuss.ions i�rith the Cou�ty Engineer sti]1 has not cleared up what, if any, <br />costs may have to be paid for by the city for any storm arainage facilities to <br />be constructed or utilities to bp adjusted as part of this Hrork. It is unlikeiy <br />that he wi 11 be able to give def.irritive ans�•aers at the meetinc� related to these <br />�ubjects. Because of the severe time restrictions, ho���ever, it is desirable <br />that the city reviet� the conceptual plans so that tFie final ptar�s can be prepared <br />in time for the early September fundinc� deadline evhich rnust be m�t.
