REVlEINED/RECOMMENDS_ <br />�� <br />The Coimcil at its Februa�y 27, meeting approved Ed Cave & Sons request for rezcaning <br />from R�--1 to I�4 and S-1-B at 2489 Ric� Stree�. <br />Mr. Cave's original application included 13 sin.gle family hom� lots on the w�estern <br />portion of the property, ID quadr�mir�w� for 40 uni_ts on the midr3le portion of the <br />property and a B-1-B zoned pa.rce� on the eastern por'�an of the property. <br />One of the cand.itions which the Councii pZacecl on -rhe approval was that the buildings <br />5hould follou�r the natural terrain and oontour of the land and that t-he terrain and hard <br />wood should be preserved as much as possible. <br />W�en Mr. Cave b�gan putting the detail af the sit�e toge�thex and in working with <br />Mr. Dahl.gren and Mr. Honchell on the Ehvirozzme.ntal. Assessment Workshe�t, it becatn� <br />evi3�zlt that the qua�lrimin�un proposal would not work on the proper�y.
