Therefore, even�ualZy the cast of operating the Bureau, if it is �Co continue, will have ta be borne by the municipa].ities included in its sex�v�.ce area. The service area includes thase mt�n.icipalities lying within the botmdaxzes of Schoal Districts b21 and 623. Attached is a swrnr►ary of the purposes or goals of the Youth Services Burea� and budge� stu�uTtaries [has been subsequently reduced) for the fa�rst year. The gran� will be e�fecti.ve Ju1y I, I976, and tha persons wha have been involued �� the praject development, have initxated the Bureau5 orgat�izational struc�ure fox i�s governing board., There will be board representation as foJ.laws:. 9 City Counci�. members, 5 police, 2 school, 2 students, 1 probation, 1 we1£are, 1 City Man.ager ar7d 4 citizens at iarge. There wi11 be a seven member execu�ive boaxd. The next meeting will be on June 30 to cons�.der staff hiring and decisian on Zocatian vr housing of the �ureau. Tl�ereafter, tmiess the person is on the Executive Board, meetings would be an a quarterly basis. In desi�a.ting a Cauncil mem]aer representative, it is.suggested that an alterna�e representative also be deszgnated.
