Sa�ety of the irailers and the leased poti�er UTlltS require periodic safety checks prior to the ezse of equit�ment over �he raac� and is required by the Departxnent of TransPox�aLion Regulatiotas. If de�ects occur in any equipmerit,- zninor repairs are xnade in the garage i.tself. Any �epairs required of the tractars are done by the independent contractor and are don� off the premises. No loading or unl,oading o� freight is done on the premises. The only power uni.ts owned by Over�and Express used in conjun.c��ion �,vi.th its o�er- the-road equiprr�ent are t�vo yard tractors. Thes� tractors are useci if t�.��ded to move trailers through the safety 1•ane check iaci.lity. Outgoing loads ar.e picked up at the consignor�s place of busi.ness and delivered direct #o the consigne�. Incoming loads are lik��vise delivered direct to �ihe consignee.
