Iot coverage at 1707 Cotxnty Road B-2 with the fallowing <br />canditions: <br />J.. That a revised design for the construction of berms to the maxim�n extent <br />possible on the buffer zone contiguous to the residential areas east, north <br />and west of the property in question be completed consistent with ponding area <br />requirements. The berms and ponding areas sha11 meet the City design criteria. <br />2. That the special use for the planned Lmit development is approved subject to <br />final review by the Planning Comnissi.on ax�d City Council of the plans for the <br />westerly area of fihe property containing the proposed restaurant. <br />Council Action Requested: Motion estabZishing a public hearing on <br />August 9, for Normanda.le Tennis Clubs request <br />for speciaZ use permit and variances to set <br />backs and lot coverages at 1707 Caunty Road.
