The <br />award figtzr� of $12,500 provides a per sq.£r. value of .1��. <br />The City's appraised sq.ft. value was placed a� .08� and the Church's appraised <br />value was at .a8�. <br />The �noLmt of property �o be taken was zncreased by b,51b sq.ft. during the <br />condemnation process at ihe request o� the Church. The increased taking was <br />authorized by the Co�.mcil at a recent Counci� meeting.
