At that tim�, the street that was previousiy dedicated was a'�so vacated.. The Ramsey County Plat Cam�i-- si on has revi ewed the fi na� pl at and faund t�ia eas�ments trrhi ch they :feel are no ]onger needed, due to �he replatting and requested the city staff to investigate. The easements ir� question are: l) A 10--�oot uti ] i�y easers�ent vrhi ch went around the ��ri pi�ery of the street. Tne purpose o-F thi s easemertt was for the pl acemen#� af undergraund utilities, namely, teiepnone and el�c�ric cab7es.
