Several years ago, <br />this proposal was turned down by the Cit due to-op* <br />neighbors regarding the lot size., Y position by the <br />East of the property in question, there <br />are lots of 2.3 acres with <br />about 600 feet of depth and 160 feet of <br />fro-n-tage off of Country Road B <br />All of these properties were previously affected-by the pr'esence of <br />ponding areas which are now provided for <br />by'the 'installatton of <br />storm selaers in the area. -There is then <br />the question of the future <br />development of the rear portions of these lots. One of the ways of <br />providing for 'Such future development is <br />the construction. of a cul-de&mb <br />sac through the property in question off <br />of Fulham Street. It is <br />also possible to'develop the rear of the <br />three deep I ots (east of the <br />property in question) by the development <br />of a. cul-de-sace between two <br />of the houses fronting. on County Road B. <br />Sketches indicated these <br />potential solutions were prepared at the <br />time the proper�y in question <br />was previously proposed ' for division-.
