The initial praposai 4vas �or a sign 260. square �eet <br />which ��e sugges�ed they scale down. The current applieation is <br />for. 168 square feet on tavo �anel s, 10 fee� by 12 feet and 4 feet by <br />12 fee-i. The exact location has not b�en spec�fied except tha� 7t <br />ari 11 be ori en'ted to Ni ghtivay 3b ar�d se�back the r�qui red 30 feet. <br />The height of the praposed s�gn is 28 feet, 3 inches or ihree fee-�, <br />thr�e inches hig�er than the 25 feet specif�ed. <br />3.
