Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />B-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Minutes <br />January 25, 1999, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel and <br />Goedeke. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C. Consent Agenda <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that items C-l through C-3 be approved. Roll Consent <br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel and Goedeke. Nays: None. Agenda <br /> <br />C-l Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the payment of $18,462.34 from the Starks & Fields v. <br />contingency account, for the settlement of the Starks and Fields v. MPRS case, be MPRS, et al <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel and Goedeke. Nays: None. Settlement <br /> <br />C-2 Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that Geraldine Jwanouskos's massage therapist Business license <br />license be approved.
