<br />F-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution No. 9628, approving a Resolution 9628
<br />Cornerstone Grant in the amount of $12,400 to Dave Johnson, Suburban True (PF 3029)
<br />Value Hardware, for boulevard landscaping improvements and installation of Suburban True
<br />sidewalks at the Northeast corner of Lexington Avenue and Roselawn Avenue in Value Hardware
<br />the City of Roseville, be adopted. The grant funds will be distributed after
<br />submission of actual expense receipts for the work identified. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Wiski, Maschka, Mastel and Goedeke. Nays: None.

<br />F-2 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Regional Plan Book Cape Cod & Regional Plan
<br />Ramblers: A Remodeling Planbook for Post WWII Houses, be accepted and that Book
<br />staff begin distribution to residents, realtors, homebuilders and other interested
<br />parties. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel and Goedeke. Nays: None.
