<br />application for the US Environmental Protection Agency Brownfield Economic USEP A Grant
<br />Redevelopment Initiative Grant, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke,
<br />Maschka and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />D-8 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution No. 9640, extending the Resolution 9640
<br />review period for Lois Olson's request for a concept approval of a Business PUD lois Olson
<br />at 1944 Lexington Avenue North, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, (PF3077)

<br />D-9 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded that the agreement with Ramsey County for law
<br />supplemental law enforcement services on Lake Owasso at a cost of $1,188 to be Enforcement on
<br />funded from the 1999 Lake Patrol Budget, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, lake Owasso
<br />Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />D-10 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Roseville City Council's Fiscal Goals Fiscal Goals
<br />for 2000, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall.

<br />D-ll Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution No. 9641, approving the Resolution 9641
<br />Traffic Control Signal Agreement 78515R for signals at Dale Street and T.H. 36, Traffic Signal
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />D-12 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Fire Marshall be authorized to issued Ramsey County
<br />a burn permit to Ramsey County Parks and Recreation for burns at the natural Burn Permit
<br />area- around the ponds at Lake McCarrons County Park and at a small 3-acre
<br />area within Roseville's Waterworks Park, conditioned upon compliance with
<br />the following stipulations:
<br />· The effective date of the permit shall be from April 1, 1999 through
<br />April 15, 1999;
<br />. The burn shall be conducted by acknowledged experts; and
<br />· Ramsey County Parks and Recreation shall notify the Roseville Fire
<br />Department at least two days in advance of the date and time of the
<br />burn.
