<br />G-1 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that a self-contained emergency generator for Rosewood Estate
<br />assisted care senior housing be defined as an essential emergency service. Roll (PF31 06)
<br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Rosewood Estate request for a permit
<br />to allow installation of an emergency generator with a self-contained fuel
<br />storage cell within the front yard of property located at 2750 Victoria Street
<br />North, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />G-2 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Master Plan as recommended by the Owasso Hills
<br />Parks and Recreation Commission for Owasso Hills Park, be adopted. Roll Call, Park Master
<br />Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None. Plan

<br />G-3 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the Master Plan as recommended by Pioneer Park
<br />Brauer and Associates for Pioneer Park, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Master Plan

<br />G-4 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the 1998 year-end budget amendments, 1998 Budget
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None. Amendments

<br />G-5 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, to authorize the use of $4,702 from the plant Fire Station =#=3
<br />replacement fund in order to mitigate the CO problem at Fire Station #3. Roll Furnace
<br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />G-6 Wall moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Ramsey County proposal to restrip County Road B
<br />County Road B from Hamline Avenue to Dale Street from the existing 4-lane Restriping
<br />configuration to a 3-lane configuration and to add right-turn lanes at signalized Dale St to
<br />intersections, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Hamline Ave
<br />Nays: None.

<br />G-7 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the distribution of the Request for RFP for
<br />Proposals (RFP) to developers for Lexington Avenue and County Road B, with Lexington Av &
<br />staff to hire consultants to review the design and finance feasibility and prepare County Road B
<br />a recommendation to the City Council according to the general timeline, be (PF3076)
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />G-8 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution No. 9642, supporting the Resolution 9642
<br />Hennepin County Regional Rail Authority as the lead public agency responsible Acquisition of
<br />for the acquisition of the proposed Burlington Northern right-of-way to be Abandoned Rail
<br />abandoned between Roseville and Minneapolis, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Right-of-Way
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None.
