Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Wall moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance No. 1220, an interim ordinance <br />temporarily prohibiting development within the "S-C" Zoning District for <br />parcels adjacent to areas zoned for residential uses, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />J-6 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution No. 9647, approving a <br />Conditional Use Permit for 2945 Partridge Road (Roseville Chrysler Plymouth) to <br />allow a motor vehicle dealership extension, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution No. 9648, approving a <br />Conditional Use Permit for 2945 Partridge Road (Roseville Chrysler Plymouth) to <br />allow outdoor storage of inoperable vehicles, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Maschka and Wall.
