The proposed assessment, a copy of which <br />is attached hereto and made a part hereof, <br />is hereby accepted and shall con.sti�.ute a <br />spec�aZ assessmen� agains� th� property named <br />therein. <br />2. Such assessment sha11 be payable in equal <br />annual installments extending over a period of <br />five (S) yea�s, the firs� af the �.nstallments <br />ta be payab�e on or befoze the first Monday <br />in January, 1977 and shall beax interest at <br />the ra�e of 8o per annum frori-�he date o� the <br />
