W� beli�ve that it shoul.d be k�pt in znzz�d tha-� by its action, the City Council of Rosevi�le eradica�ed undesirable industrial zoning �o a better use and th�t -�hi.s decision was ultimately made an Septeznb�r 13. It �s our view that the ac�ion of �h� Council an September 13 i.n granting the rezoning and related r�quests was a fina]. decisa.on af the Council an this ma'��.er and that the inatter is c�.ased, zndeed, it is our judgmen� that the request of Mr. Cairns and hi.s clients to appear before the Counc�.1 to reargue this �natter is out o� order and is �equesting action by the Council which is highZy �mprapex. ��n �sr.
